What is a metal zipper?
Each tooth of a metal zipper is a separate metal piece clamped onto the tape. That construction makes metal the strongest and most hard-wearing of the three materials, and it gives the zipper a visible hardware finish that often becomes part of the design.
Can the tooth finish and slider be matched to my design?
Yes. Tooth finish, slider style and tape color are confirmed per project. Send a color card number, an old sample or a reference photo and we will confirm what can be matched.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
For finished zippers the minimum order is usually 1,000 pieces. Colors can be mixed within one order; share the split you need and we will confirm it. Dyeing is arranged per color, so any color ordered in a quantity below 2,000 pieces carries a dyeing fee of RMB 150 for that color.
How long do sampling and bulk production take?
For standard specifications a sample usually takes about 3 days. Once the sample and order details are confirmed, bulk production usually takes about 10 days. New colors, special structures, or multi-style orders can take longer, and we confirm the schedule before the order is placed.
